Rising to the top of a dilapidated surveillance tower causes vertigo and anxiety. The spectator, losing his balance, paces up and down the narrow, in essence oppressive, structure. On top of the tower, a video gives a faint representation of the places where man has destroyed man. Wreckage testifying to the obsolescence of a society of control and of surveillance.
